Beam Telecom – Changing Fair Usage Policy

Beam Ac:455574 i have requested beam for reset of FUP by paying the amount 239/- as per the website. after that i was supposed to get 25 GB of FUP data but instead i was given only 8.87 GB of FUP data. By contacting beam customer care i was told that the policy has changed for that matter. but there was no acknowledgement from the brand regarding this action or any relevant information on website is available. to support my complaint i have attached the cache of website taken on 22/07/2014 which has no information regarding FUP reset changing policies

there are two ways in which i can get relief: 1 by getting the 25 GB FUP data usage 2 by refunding of money i have paid towards the FUP reset
