Last july I bought a laptop battery which has one year warranty. As the battery stopped working since last month I have approached Homeshop18 to claim the warranty, very politely suggested to approach the service center of the battery manufacturer. I was shocked so listen from the service center that the battery which was sold by Homeshop18 is not a branded battery and it was some third party battery which is sold in Palika Bazar Delhi. I immediately approached Homeshop18 again and they are just passing time since last 10 days, their intention is to pass time until the warranty is finished and then say you have no warranty. this is a kind of white collar Robbery…. My order Number: 928059xxx / My complaint Number: 107048435.

I want money back and also reimburse my mobile expenses for calling the customer care.
