Hi CORE Team, I Have a complaint against Beam Telecom,i have made a payment for accessing of broadband connection on 25/03/2014 the person who came to collect the payment said that we will provide the broadband connection for your address within 20 days.But, till date I haven’t get any internet access from Beam Telecom.When I asked for refund they are extending the date but not taking the action of refund. And I am raising this complaint for which i became frustrated on the services. I here by, take a necessary action on this or it would be more helpful if they can give back my amount which i have made with debt.

I don’t have other option to switch ISP as i’ve paid the amount. And I had to rely on and again spend money on Internet cafes to access Internet. Every time I have call BeamTele to log a complaint that lasts for 15 min which costs me around Rs.300 and no one from beam would follow up the complaints
