purchased Haier AC from Maharashtra electronics, it was installed by the dealer himself. The fitting was done wrong as per haier proffessionals. In my AC the the horizontal swing mode is not working as per mentioned in the brochure and on their site. On contacting Haier, they said it is wrongly printed on the brochure. This is cheating as i had bought the AC on reading the specs. Also the dealer is not paying any heed to the wrong installation of the AC, inspite of calling him several times i am not getting any service. The AC fitting is not done properly, the out door unit can topple down and there is a possibility of oil leakage(told by the haier professionals).

I want the feature to be present in the AC, and proper installation to be done by the dealer.
