The cement supplied by the above named company was found to be defected and does not comply with the ISI specification. Please note we have lodged many complain through our complain letter as well as through our personal visit to your Kolkata and Delhi Office and briefed the complain to the appropriate authority and a officer visited our site to see the truthfulness of our complaint on 20.02.2014, who also collected the market sample, assuring us that he will sent it to their authorized laboratory and find the result maximum within 45 days. but the matter of great surprise that we have not heard anything from your good office regarding the action taken against the above cement manufacturing company due to which a completely inaugurated unit and completely encouraged unit by the govt. of West Bengal as well as Govt. of India due to its place of establishment which is very remot, backward, area of less employment, the very bad and thinkable position of the surrounding Tea Garden conditions as well as the area is very much disturbed where no one is ready to invest and set up industry but the directors of the above named Food Product company fully owned by three lady directors only with the financial help of Govt. bank under rural development scheme.

Full compensation of the cost along with all bank interest, bank EMI and all other expenses occurred therein.
