My internet is not been working from past 10days and I have been calling everyday for the resolution. But there is no response from anyone and I requested to make me speak to higher people but they say they will arrange for call back but no body is bothered to call back and no technician has visited in-spite of everyday calling. Iam fed up of everyday calling, I don’t know what I need to do next so Iam lodging complaint here expecting some solution

I want the permanent solution for the connectivity issue. This is becoming every moths problem from past 3 months…. In a full month Iam not having connectivity for minimum 20days. Which is making no sense of having this connection
