I was contacted by Anand Tyagi who offered 7% discount (4% on form and 3% cashback) on the deal Gaur Atulyam project in Greater Noida. I took the confirmation from their official e-mail id. Then, I asked Anand many times(9582543xxx) about the hard copy of the receipt against the payment i made and credit note which they promised at the time of booking. All the time, it was told to me that it will take some time (processing time). But, I was shocked to hear from him when i called him last week. He told me that Netambit is closing there Nineyards(realestate) division and he and all his colleagues are fired from the job and so, i’ll not get any cashback of 3%. Then I call Vishal Jain (Director, Nineyards), He told me that he’ll revert back on this matter but he never revert back and even stop taking calls.

I want the action to be taken as committed by Nineyards.
