Issue is that at the time of applying credit card Ankit Verma(9911521533) told me that the credit card (Diner Club International(36082500024803) )that I have applied for has the balance transfer facility also he promised me a limit of 2-2.5 lakhs and now when I have receive the card It got a limit of 1 lakh AND CALLED CUSTOMER CARE confirmed that balance transfer is not available on my card. And when I asked to Cancel the card he said he has send the code on my mobile(940244) and disconnected the call. I have tried Multiple time now every time call connects to representatives via IVR and disconnects on it own. So far i have received auto generated e-mails from bank stating that my issue will resolved in 2 or 7 days but it still has not been resolved. I filed my first I filed my first complaint on 3rd of April and since then I have receiving auto generated e-mails only. on 15th Apr I received mail from Priya L Senior Manager – Customer Services Credit Cards, she said she can give me a balance transfer of 30000 for 3 months. on which I replied That I do not need the card and Cancle it ASAP. Now i hve received 2 autogenerated e-mail stating they will resolve my issue in 7 days.
Either of the three. 1. Written apology from their senior management to be published on the home page of their website for a week and Cancel my Card ASAP. 2. 5 lakh limit on my credit card with permanent balance transfer facility available on my credit card.
