Sir I am a subscriber of BEST undertaking (an electric distribution organization in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with Consumer no 673102018*. This organization raised my electric bill wrongly. In months of may they said consumption of electricity is nil and in next moth they accumulate the consumption. This accumulation of units increased my tariff rate, which caused a heavy extra monetary burden on me. I have already lodged my complaints with The Divisional Engineer, Customer Care F North ward (date 26 june2014) and CGRF BEST (date 14.06.2014 and 26.06.2014) but I am still awaiting for resolving the issue. Here I am enclosing the copy of complaint and bill of May and June.
my tariff rate per unite increased as the threshold limit is crossed . *also as the system is not accepting my complaint without selecting any brand hence i opt available brand though it is wrong. my complaint is regarding BEST not delhi electric board.
