I have purchased one pair of Rebbok shoe from the above mentioned store in Aundh, Pune on dated 13th Jul’ 2013.The price of shoe was around Rs 5000/- and paid through CITI Bank Credit Card. The address of shop is M/s G D CellCom Pvt Ltd, shop no 3 & 4, Ajay Apartment, Sanghvi Nagar, Parihar Chowk, Aundh, Pune-411007.

After using the shoe (morning walk only) for approximately 2 & 1/2 months, we noticed the multiple cracks in one of the shoe and subsequently informed to the above store.

The store in Aundh suggested to write Reebok’s customer care and subsequently we wrote to care centre and submitted all necessary photographs of shoe. In the meantime we discovered that the product is from China. However the shoe / company has rejected the claim saying it is out of warranty. They are claiming that the warranty is only for 3 months and you have purchased in discount

I demand replacement of shoe by a new one on free of cost or refund of shoe price.
