Dear all
I opened NRI account with minimum balance of Rs5000 but later they have deducted Rs500 for ATM card and cheque book which I am not aware of it.

They didn’t send any account statement to my email address to let me know about this even though they have my email address.

When I go to bank after 2 years they have told me that I have nil balance in my account. When I enquired about this they told me that if my account balance is less than Rs5000 they will deduct Rs280 every month and also many more which you can see in the statement attached.

Even after many discussions and empty promises to return back my money until now nothing has been done.

Our hard earned money should not be looted by the banks in the name of bank rules.
Please give me some suggestions what next I should do?
