I purchase a Juicer mixer grinder of “Prestiege” make of Rs. 3000.00 from M/s Bhagwan Das & Co., Kotla, New Delhi on 07.05.2013 while I was on tour to Delhi. At that time I enquired about other models and makes. Then the sales man told me that this item of “Morphy Richards”make is available in Rs. 2500.00. I stay in Hyderabad and when I opened the item, I found crack on the body of motor.I immediately contacted the Agency and he told that bring the item and he will replace it. I again went to Delhi on 15.05.2013 along with the item and approached the shop. As the another piece of “Prestiege” make was not available, I asked for “Morphy Richards” make. He shown me the Piece of same make and told the price Rs. 3200.00. When I told him that you told Rs. 2500.00 for this item. He told that this is higher model. Earlier model motor is of 350 Watt only and rating of motor for this item is 450Watt. When he prepared the bill he mentioned the price Rs. 2500.00. when I pointed out, he told that this has been written by mistake. I took the item and came to Hyderabad. When I enquired about this model viz. Effectivo(2 jars) of ” Morphy Richars” in the market, it is around Rs. 2500.00 only. Hence M.S Bhagwan Das & Co. has cheated me
