We had been working with Bhagwati Institute of Technology & Science College Code 414, Masuri Canal NH 24 Ghaziabad. This college is affiliated to Mahamaya Technical University, Noida and approved by AICTE. We worked at different posts as mentioned below. Soon after joining this institute we realized that it is running under high financial crisis. The payment of many vendors was held up. The situation deteriorated day by day and the salaries of all teaching faculties/staff members were delayed. The salaries were not dispersed even after our three months working ,till month of November and December 2011 and we went on waiting with the hope that the salaries would be paid and the back log will be soon cleared as this was being false promised, made by Mr Rakesh Singhal (Mob. No 09810387275 the trusty of this institute) and his son Mr Himanshu Singhal (Mob. No. 09717093983). Due to nonpayment of salaries the faculty members were greatly disgusted and demoralized. This adversely affected the academics and the result of the institute also. However the management consistently misled the faculty members that the salary will be paid very soon. After waiting for more than 2 months, the undersigned faculty members were compelled to leave the institute one after another due to mental harassment and agony. Not satisfying even at this the management did not agree to accept the resignation and denied for “NO- Dues” also. The undersigned faculties approached many times to the management but failed to get their salary till date. It is very humble request, kindly to intervene into the matter and get our hard earned salaries released.
