In my home we had one BP LPG connection with my father’s name but as my father passed away so around 2 months back I requested my distributor(Shalimar Gas Service, Chowk, Lucknow(UP)) for transfer of this connection to my mother’s name. I already submitted all the necessary documents at that time and they told me that after one month connection will be transferred to my mother’s name. But now they are saying that I have to deposit 5000 Rs as a new registration fee for transfer of this connection. But Actually they are selling their products with this amount. I already contacted to the main Territory Office in Lucknow (UP) they are saying that there is no such rule but they are not helping me. I also contacted to Main office through mail but they did not given me any response. My reference number is 40100211 for this complain. Please help me out.
