I am customer of Bharat gas with Consumer No.72849 whish is in the name of my wife Kirti. The Transperency portal of Bharat gas I have been shown delivered 3 subsidied cylinders. the details of three cylinders is as below. Refill Delivery From 14-Sep-2012 to 04-Jan-2013 Distributor: 112248 Consumer: 72849 Order No. Order Date Delivery Date 66793 11-11-2012 11-11-2012 8542 30-09-2012 30-09-2012 432077 15-09-2012 15-09-2012 But as per the gas book the cylinder delivered on 15.09.2012 does not match with my book entry. I requested to Remove same or Get it corrected. The officers at H.M.gas center Bopodi & Sangavi both accepted that mistake & assured me to get it corrected when I met them personally. But when i got the next cylinder I was surprised to see a bill of Rs. 960.00 for that cylinder. I am being asked to pay more for some bodys mistake. was forced to pay extra for a cylinder wish i was supposed to get at subsidized rate. & Also worried about such happenings in crucial period in the future.

I want the next cylinder AT LEAST to be obtained at subsidized rate.
