Sir/Madam, I booked a refill for home delivery on 04-08-2014 order no. 1013164. But I didn’t get my booked cylinder because SARSWATI GAS AGENCY is involved in the malicious activity of cancelling customer booked cylinder. They sell cancelled cylinder to their beneficial customer. I booked four times respectively 4 Aug, 14 Aug, 22 Aug, 26 Aug and every time they cancelled. This is happening with all customer of SARSWATI GAS AGENCY. This is quit shocking, How an Agency can cancel booked refill? Regarding this, I longed complaint to BHARAT GAS (Complaint No. 222217) but I feel they are helpless before Agency. Therefore, I request you to take a necessary step against those who involves in cancelling customer booking while Customer waiting for cylinder and need of gas cylinder. First, Cylinder should be deliver as soon as possible and legal action should be taken before them as per their activity.
