Dear Sir, My consumer no. linked with bank my subsidy amount of LPG direct pay to me through bank. I have book cylinder vide booking no. 130370518 on dt. 28.02.2014 and deliver to me on 05.03.2014 with Rs. 1187. But on dt. 10.03.2014 I received sms from Bharat gas that Cylinder deliver to me on 07.03.2014. I ask to dealer about the issue because the on dt. 07.03.2014 Direct Subsidy Scheme is terminated, and subsidy amount not to refund me. I also complained bharatgas online ref no. 90120 dt. 11.03.2014 but no action taken. I hereby attach my Consumer Book.
