Bharat Petroleum – Docouments lost nobody is responding complaints

I had got the possession of my flat no 803 , tower 5 , lotus boulevard , sector 100 in the month of Nov 2012. On the very same day i had applied for the IGL gas connection via cheque. After few months i have been told that the cheque is lost and i will have to submit another cheque. I did the same and to my surprise there was another call from Mohit ( Marketing agent , phone no 9717380020) that the cheque is lost again. The i had issued third cheque and this time thy processed it and created BP number 5000031873. I was happy that now atleast my request is in the system and they will arrange to install the connection. They have SLA to install connection in 90 days from BP number cretation but it’s more then 147 days now since they have issued me BP number. I had made may requests via their portal igl.co.in and customer helpline number 18001803030 and raised complaints ( PRJ20141523128) but nobody is responding to those complaints. The customer care helpline is having so much noise that you can hadly hear them.

It would be great for IGL to install the connection at my flat number 803 , tower – 5 , lotus boulevard , sector-100 , Noida
