Bharat Petroleum – Fraudulent practices by LPG dealer

Dear Sir I am a bonafide customer of Bharatgas (OMC-BPCL) bearing consumer no.10772. My LPG dealer is M/S Laxmi Enterprises, N-5/541, IRC Village, Near Indradhanu Market, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, Dist-Khurda, Odisha, and Pin-751015. I have booked for refilling of my LPG Cylinder in the month of August 2013 & again in the month of December 2013 but unfortunately on both the occasion the refilled cylinders were never delivered at may place and so as also there is no entry of the same in my consumer card. In both occasions I checked the online status of my bookings but to my surprise I found that it is mentioned there as delivered on dated 25th August 2013 & 26th December 2013. In this regard I first lodged my online complain with the mail id provided in e-bharatgas website vide complain no.40218346 (dated 09.09.13) & again vide complain no.40254236 (dated 27.10.13). These complaints are till date not addressed. Again against my booking ref no. 23516671 dated 20th Dec I found that fraudulently posted online status of the company website as delivered on 26th December 2013, whereas no delivery took place. Against this I have lodged the complain vide complain no.40325614. The filed officer of the Company (bharatgas – LPG division of BPCL) Sh.Sunil Kumar (Mobile No. +91-9437162973) is non-chalant of the customers complain. Sometimes he behaves in a bizarre manner and very often remains non-responsive. It is a known truth that the said LPG distributor is involved rampant black marketing of the refilled cylinders in the marker selling at a higher price in illegal manner depriving the poor consumer. From reliable sources it was known that the LPG distributor M/S Laxmi Enterprises with the connivance of the field officer Sh. Sunil Kumar carrying on illegal trading of refilled LPG cylinders in open market. Then I took this matter with the customer relation centre-Bhubaneswar. I informed grievances to the customer relation ( LPG –division) – Mr.PK Mohanty ( Ph.No-0674-2545712) , wherein he assured to look into the matter which yet to be addressed. When I collected information through my own sources came to know that due to large customer base of this LPG Distributor( M/S Laxmi Enterprises) it has illegal nexus with the dishonest officers of the OMC- BPCL –Bharatgas and harassing customers. There is also complaint pending with the Odisha Civil Supply dept against this LPG Distributor.Like me many consumers are being victim of irregular supply of refilled gas cyclinders.I request to have thorough enquiry of this M/S Laxmi Enterprise ( LPG Distributor of Bharatgas) and redress complain for which I am burnt with mental agony & harassment… Warm Regards.. I should get justice for denying of services as a consumer of the LPG gas. Errant dealer should be punished for fraudulently posting on website about delivery of refil cylinder gas.Like me lot of consumers are being suffered for non-delivery & irregular supply of refil cylinders & selling these products illegally in market.I request for cancellation of LPG dealership of M/S Laxmi enterprises by the Company. I should be compensated for the mental agony & harassment in these period which is more than some lacs of rupees. As i am working as a General Manager of Pvt Sector Company i have carried lot of pain for such irritating matter which have spoiled my valuable time for running from pillars to post for readdressed of my grievances…regards..Pratap
