Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a new Nokia Asha 502 phone worth rupees 5739 (with 9 installments) from the website www.shopping.indiatimes.com on 25th December, 2013 under the order number 3002921898. The expected date of delivery was 3rd of January,2014 but they didn’t send me phone on the expected date and then cancelled my order. and again on around 13th January they placed a new order…having order number 3002970172 and finally i got this order on 15th January. when i used this phone it had default regarding it’s display. i discussed this issue with customer care executive of

Either the product should be replaced or company should refund the total money including interest on EMI and a heavy fine must be charge to either nokia or www.shopping.indiatimes.com for harassing the customer.
