My connection was active from 2002 and I have submitted kyc when asked. But when vinayaka gas agency was taken over by shastri agency due to some fraud, I am being told that your SV is not generating for my refill request. On 25th may I have requested for refill. From 2 months I am running around agency and following every instructions to get refill. The distributor now says your request is going to another draler… I am out of my refill from 2 months and arranging unnecessarily for alternatives. No one is interested to solve.
