I took the postpaid connection in the September, 2013 in which it was told from the airtel distributer from whom I took the connection in the university campus that you will get 200 minutes local and 200 minutes std to any no. as well the free 300 national SMS besides the unlimited calling under the group of university but at present after giving this benefits for 10 months,the company is doing fraud on my part by just giving only 100 minutes each local and std. I want to impose fraud case on the airtel telecome for doing fraud with me because they fails to continue their promises with me to give the lifetime benefits of plan in just 99 rupess but at present they have changed the plan . i want muwabza for it from the company
