Faulty Micromax Mobile – No Customer Service

I had purchased a mobile phone of Model No A177 of Micromax Make from a shop located at Mulund (West). I had purchased the mobile on 18th May 2014 form M/s Siddhivinayak Telecom for a sum of Rs 7,600/-. The Emei no is 91136265182xxx and 91136265202xxx. The said mobile stopped functioning on and from 25th June 2014. On 26th June 2014 the said mobile was given to the service center M/s Allied Services. The service center issued us the Job sheet bearing No. W 0 3 1 6 8 7 – 0 7 1 4 – 1 1 1 3 1 6 4 4. We were told that the said mobile will be repaired within 10days.It is 13th of August 2014 today but still the said mobile is not repaired. Even today when we inquired we were told that it will take some more time. No proper explanation is given to us as to why the service center is taking much more time for replacing the hardware. The said mobile stopped functioning within 2 and a half month from the date of purchase , which very well shows that the Company Micromax is using substandard and Inferior quality of circuits and hardware. Further the Concerned Department may kindly direct the above company to Fully Replace the Mobile within 1 week from the date of this notice and or the amount of Rs 7,600/- may be refunded to us.
