I have purchased the items from homeshop18 on 3rd Aug 14 and paid through online. My order no is 950352977 (suborder no. 84281113). I raised a complained no 108839423 on 8th Aug 14 for delay delivery. I got a message on 11th Aug 14 that items were dispatched on 11th Aug 14 but I am still waiting for my items. When I checked the ticket status, it was closed.I don’t know how can they close the ticket even I did not receive the items. No one try to track, no one try to call me that I got the items or not. This is the worst service I have never seen before. The purpose for buying the items have been failed because I have purchased that items for festival Raksha Bandhan. I want my money back.

I want my money back and penalty on homeshop18 as due to this order I am mentally disturb, I wasted of my time to write mails and complaints, also the purpose for buying the items have been failed because I have purchased that items for festival Raksha Bandhan. Please help.
