Iberry Auxus Nuclea – Touch not working – Review

Hi Team, I’d purchased Iberry Auxus Nuclea N2 from Ebay.in. Seller name: dizital_estore +91 8608380xxx (12pm – 7pm). Phone was delivered on 21st June. After using 2 weeks, touch was not working. So, I contacted the seller and he told me to contact manufacturer as it has a 1 year warranty. Then, I contacted customer service. They provided the address of the nearest service center. I visited Shankla Telecom on 10th June’14, Near Hari Chamber, Iffco Chowk, Gurgaon. They said it will take 5-7 days. Which was okay! Then I contacted again, and they said it will take another 10-15 working days. Side by side I raised a ticket on Iberry website about same. Customer service told me to wait for 10-15 working days. Now, I am following up from a month and they are still saying the same thing. They always said, parts are coming from Hongkong and it will take time. Being manufacturer, they doesn’t have the spare parts and they are taking too much time. I spent Rs17000 with interest on this phone. I am totally frustrated with their service. They are giving me the same information again and again. Any relief from below: 1)I need a new brand new phone because it got defective in only two week after purchase. Many companies has a policy like this. 2) I need my money back its better to purchase a new phone of good brand. 3) Last option, get my phone repaired asap. I am not interested in this option but have to manage if any of the above options can’t be fulfilled. Please try to get my money back. Please!
