i am being harrased by htc service center. i was having a htc 816 whose display got broken by me and then i gave it to htc care where i was told it may take 8 to 10 days to get it repair. but today its approx 25 days but till now i dont know exact date. whenever i call they say sir more 3 to 4 days as part is not available once i call they said i will get it by Saturday but later they said sir one more week then they said sir 18th of august and for more info. i called them the next day then they said sir by 24th of august. they are not giving a perfect picture and not even they themselves are contacting me for further details rather i am contacting them daily also the raipur center manager is not picking up the phone too.

i want my mobile as soon possible and a penalty should be levied on them so that they will not do any such things to other customer
