Bharat Petroleum – Non delivery of gas cylinder and misinformation

Dear Sir I am a customer of Bharat Gas [Domestic LPG, Consumer No:8247]. I would like to draw your attention to the irregularities committed by my gas distributor, Sandhya Gas Service, Trivandrum, Kerala. I booked for a refill on 3rd March.The booking reference number is 132220115. In spite of going to the agency 7 times, I did not receive a cylinder till now. When we called up the Bharat Gas customer care, we were told that our cylinder was delivered in March.But the last cylinder I got was on 10th Feb and I have the gas book as proof which has the last entry on 10th Feb. When I tried booking again it shows that distributor has cleared booking up to 15th March. I suspect a case of fraud and I made a complaint with the Bharat Gas customer care. On 30th April,I got an email from Bharat gas customer care saying that my complaint has been resolved since the gas distributor has agreed to deliver the gas within two to three days. I replied back saying that I suspect a case of fraud and I would like to know what action has been taken against the erring distributor. I also asked the wrong entry on the system which says I received a cylinder on March to be changed. I have not received any reply for this.I have not received a cylinder till now [1st May]

I want strict action to be taken against the gas distributor. The company should conduct an inquiry to find out whether the agency is committing a large scale fraud. I would also like compensation for my hardships
