Bharath Gas dealer forcing me to buy hotplates which I don’t want to buy as I already having. So I asked them to charge a legal price for new connection as per rules from the BPCL. Then they told me that there is no new connection without package (they are telling all other customers that all these Hotplates are part of the new connection) from BPCL. I know that there is no such plans from the BPCL even I asked them that please show me the written documents from BPCL for this package details. Then they told no it is communicated to us on this we don’t have any written documents. But I showed them that in BPCL web portal it is clearly mentioned that no distributor is supposed to force anyone to buy any hotplates and it is optional. Even after all these I am struggling to get new domestic GAS connection last from 6 months. Please help me and guide your GAS dealers to don’t cheat customer. My waiting list id is 1534071 dated 30-Jan-2013

New connection to be given as per company rules and charges.
