Hi I have purchased Micromax A116 HD on 20-May-2013 , After use it for 1 day , Mobile’s mic stops working , I could not able to record voice , when I receives call front person could not able to hear my voice . All the applications which uses mic was not working . On next day 22-may-2013 I took the mobile to micromax service Centre. Where service centre person told me that mobile will get replaced with new mobile. Where you have to take this mobile back to the shopkeeper and he will give you the replacement . But shopkeeper says he will not give the replacement. I insisted him after that he told me distributor from who he got the mobile have been showdown and he will not able to provide replacement I need help . Thanks Nilesh
