Vodafone Harrassing for Mobile Bill Payment

I am having unlimited plan of Vodafone Mobile where i will get 3000 local and std minutes, 750 local and national sms, Unlimited data (3GB at 3G Speed) and missed call alert. This is the Vodafone all in one plan which vodafone used to provide to customers who purchase samsung galaxy s4. Now the fact is that my credit limit is Rs 900 and vodafone used to charge every calls and data usage as unbilled amount. Now its showing my unbilled usage as Rs 1724. Although each month my bill amount should not exceed Rs 1400. Now they are telling me to pay the payment of RS 1724. I am ready to pay that amount . But again from tomorrow they will charge my calls, data and sms usage as unbilled amount and very soon it will again crossed the credit limit and they will again told me to make an interim payment as my bill will be generated next month. So thus in each month it will be a problem for me because i have to pay much more amount than my billed amount. Now my outgoing have been blocked by vodafone. If they blocked my outgoing after not paying my bill within the due date then i had no problem. My usage is high and that is the only reason for which i have opt for unlimited plan with unlimited data usage. I dont know how vodafone gives credit limit of Rs 900 to a customer whose monthly rental is Rs 1400 with tax. Sir they are constantly blocking my calls which is effecting my official work tremendously. Kindly look into the matter. Your early action regarding the matter will be highly appreciated.
