Airtel Customer Care is creating lot of problems for me. I got 3 postpaid CUG numbers from Airtel. My numbers are, 9894086746, 9840134746, 9840744292. All these numbers are inactive today 1 Jan 2013 from 12 AM without intimating about anything to us. Our father and mother are living in our hometown. They can’t reach us due to this unintimated service disconnection and they got so much afraid because of this. Airtel is keep giving lot of troubles and irritations like this to the customers. They are giving much attention when we join Airtel. But after that they don’t care about customers. I keep talking to customer care for hours and hours in the past 2 months. Please help me to resolve this.
