Regarding this matter I have made hundreds of phone calls & sent hundreds of SMS to your
authentic persons of bottom to top. Few names out of many persons are:
1. Mr. Nagendra Singh Parihar at Indore office.
2. Mr. Pradeep Sahu (Agent) at Indore office
3. Uma Iyer at Mumbai office
4. Samant Khedekar at Mumbai office
5. Mr. Gurinder Singh (your self) at Bangalore office

After this long time of 6 months neither I have got my policy documents nor received any positive reply from your company. Again I request you to send my guanine policy documents within 3 days from today otherwise I will put my case in IRDA & Court.
