I have loaded my account with Rs 500 on date 01/09/2020 15:40 pm the amount is debited from my account but the wallet is not loaded after some time again i tried to load but is this time wallet is loaded but i have lost my 500 Rs of first recharge: website i used is https://rtc.karnataka.gov.in/ any of their helpline numbers are working how irresponsible of this being a govt website
