I have returned this product but haven’t got a refund for this product “Under Armour- Women Blue Solid Whisperlight Tie Back Tank Top” Order ID# 1148855 6325809 3346501 The product amount is Rs 2799 I am having a very bad experience since the day I returned my product to the delivery guy. Since Myntra has a paper-less policy so I wasn’t provided with any receipt for the returned product. Apart from that, there is no way through which I can contact the delivery guy about the product status. So I put a complaint on Myntra customer care multiple times but from there also I got disappointment only. They promise that they will resolve the issue but it’s poor customer service regardless of making a complaint every time asking for a refund. @Myntra I don’t even own the product then why don’t you refund the amount.
