Some of the people never improves them selves and your company is one of them when last year i asked for service your deputed person dodged me for three continuous days now this time on Saturday your person called me at 11 am and told that he is coming within next one hour but this next one hour never come and when i myself quarried on that number person told me that we are coming .the day passed only with assurance . Yesterday on Sunday at 12.30 pm once again some person called me and told that they are coming but this coming never happened . And now on Monday with all the absurd and pathetic activities my service request has been done according to your sms while neither the service done nor there is any consolation for customer . some time i think that you person should drag in court for such pathetic services My Service Request number is LKO150314887

At least some penalty and extreme warning that this pathetic behavior will not be accepted.
