BSNL Staff Abusive Behavior – Worst Customer Care

Below letter wrote to the General Manager telecom of BSNL Rajnagar on 28-03-15, no action taken yet. Respected GM, BSNL ofice Raj Nagar Ghaziabad. I am the BSNL user from last 3 years (Landline number 0120-2870966) and Today I am really feeling very bad as one of your employee who is attending the call at Nandgram office on 0120-2872525 to resolve the customer complaint has abused me badly. My broadband and landline is not working from 16th March, I am regular taking follow up from Nandgram office and to take follow up and asking for the resolution of my compliant, Today I again called up on 0120-287XXX25 at 12.01 pm from my mobile number 9781XXX7966 ans asked the person about solution but he has abused me badly on phone in reply. I logged the compliant online on 19 march which reference number is: 1023712741 but no action taken and complaint get closed in next two days. I am regular calling to your JEE at Nandgram office Mr. rajeev ken on 9412774519 but he is not responding on calls even he never pick the call whether you call him 4-5 times. I called up your SDO Mr. Jitender on 09412774544 but he never take the call and disconnect the call. I am wondering what kind of organization is BSNL where no one is cared about customers and people from our office abuse to customers badly when we approach them. Please look into this serous offence, I have the saved recording of calls where your staff is badly abusing to me. Line is not working from last 12 days, if it can not be repaired, please close my connection. I am anticipating your stick action against the person who abused me from nandgram office, I know there is only one person who attend the call so there is no problem in identifying him. if there is no action taken , i would give the case to consumer court.

My land-line and broadband services are not working 16th march 2105. i am not able to do my work perfectly for which i am paying monthly rental to BSNL. they are so careless from General manager to bottom line.they dont respond on phones from GM to SDO to JEE and juinor leve staff do abuse on telephone. they have no value for customers. when customers call them , their staff abuse the customers. it is a mental agony for me. i want my last month billed amount should be Nil as not used services and string action against the staff who abused me on telephone from Nandgram branch
