Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked a 1 Room Set Flat in M/s. GBG Infratech Pvt. Ltd, Noida on 18th August 2015 for their project “GBG Tower” in Sector 73, Noida which costs Rs. 4,44,000 total and they promised me that they will give possession within 15 months. At the time of booking I had given a payment of Rs. 21,000 as per their policy and after that I had given Rs. 2,00,000 more for the balance payment. But when I visited their site in Dec 2014, I found no construction work in progress and when I asked their director Mr. Sanjay Kasana about the same he told me that there is some dispute regarding the land from the authority. When I again visited their office in Feb 2015, he told me to shift my booking to their other project in Sector 70, Noida within the same amount which I agreed upon. But when I again visited their Sector 70 site I found thatbthere was no work in progress and a board was there which was written “There is no flat here”. When I reached company office and enquired about the same from Mr. Sanjay Kasana, he told me that there is dispute going on that land too. He again told me to shift my booking to some other project of their company but I refused because I have beared a lot of mental torture and loss of incertainity during the period for which he comitted me to refund my total payment after 15 days. But even after 20 days passed I haven’t received a single penny from the company. When I tried to contact Mr. Sanjay Kasana he is not picking my phone for continuosly 4 days so I visited their office on 4th April 2015 he was not available in the office and neither office staff gave me any satisfactory answer regarding refund of my payment. I have tried several times to contact him from various medium but he is trying to hide and don’t want to face me.

I have undergone through mental torture and loss of uncertainity of my money deposited with the company. All my hard earned money had been looted by this fraud company due to which I have been under extreme pressure of the people who lend me money and I am molestated by the company staff.
