Consumer forum has done nothing with my previous complaint no. 138018.4.2015. You have simply changed the status of the complaint from “In-process” to “Resolved” without doing anything. There is no feedback to me by you either on email or mobile.
RCOM bill has increase to more than Rs 1100.00. They are warning of legal action, while COnsumer Forum has done nothing to help me in last 2 months. Please take concrete action instead of changing the status in your database from In-process to resolved, without doing anything.
