I bought MTS WiFi dongle online via MTS website and it was delivered on 8th March. The person took my documents then and said that it will be activated within 2 days. I called him after 10 days since it was not activated he said he doesnot have my documents. I mailed the company ‘Think of Us’ my documents on email address www.thinkofus.in around 5-6 times in next 15 days, they kept on saying they havent received the documents send them again. And Now, after almost 30 days, they have received my documents and it has been verified too, but still they have not activated my dongle. Whenever I call them they say your dongle will be activated by 12.00 am midnight. Everytime they speak the same thing and it doesn’t get activated. It has been 150-200 times I have called them they don’t even provide their superviser or seniors number. The way they talk is also rude. I want my dongle activated or returned.
