I purchased Sherwani, Handicraft stole, Mozri, one ready made shirt and trouser and I also aid for Pagdi (Rs.1,990/-) on 29/03/015, The Total consideration amount of Rs.16,455/- was paid by my credit card. The shop salesman informed that as the size of the Pagdi selected by me was not matching he offered to get the next size next day. Subsequently I decided against buying the Pagdi and informed the Shop salesman accordingly when I went to collect the altered trouser. I offered to buy some other item from the store in lieu of the Pagdi. The shop personnel refused to accede to my request and falsely claimed that the Pagdi was made against the order placed by me. I categorically state that I neither orally nor in writing placed order for Pagdi I only thought of buying a ready made pagdi, The shop personnel did not inform regarding the company policy of no exchange for Pagdis neither the same was displayed in the show room. As such I request the Honourable court to give directions to M/s.New Meena Bazar International Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad to refund the amount of Rs.1990/- (Rs.One Thousnad Nine Hundred Ninty only).

I demand Refund of Rs.1990/- or allowing me to purchase alternative items of my choice.
