I have ordered a Mobile cover from Portamart online shopping site at 13/04/2015 and today is 24/04/2015. Its been 20 days. The first thing which is not common was they don’t have cash on delivery option on their payment gateway, so I had to pay them directly using PayU Money site (the site asks to pay from this) and my amount was deducted but I did not get any confirmation mail about my product & also any follow up from them. I tried to contact them at the given contact number (+91-894 496 0497) on their website but no one was picking up the call. Not even a single time. Even I mailed them about this issue but I did not get any reply from them. Please take any strict action against such type of fake sites, which attracts customers by showing good & cheap items & then makes money by doing fraud with customers and also try to make them refund me my amount.

I just want assurance of product delivery within this week or full refund of my amount immediately.
