This is to inform you that I have tried for a Transaction of Rs. 5,556/- (Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Six only) at BIG BAZAAR (Future Retail), The Metropolis, 6 Hiland Park, 1925 Chak Garia, Kolkata 700 094 on 8th March 17:04 hours through the above mentioned Debit Card. The above transaction was not successful as the swap machine displayed an error message and no approval / confirmation note was generated and I received a message on mobile (9831917083) that the transaction is reversed around 17:05 hours. On receiving the confirmation on reversal and doubt in mind I went for balance inquiry from the Axis Bank ATM located within the Merchant premises and to my surprise the amount was debited to my account. The same was brought to the notice of the Officials at the BIG BAZAAR (Future Retail), The Metropolis, 6 Hiland Park, 1925 Chak Garia, Kolkata 700 094 on 8th March, they said the payment was not approved as the machine displayed “Error” message and no confirmation on payment was generated. Under the above situation I was left with no other option than to withdraw money from the ATM located at BIG BAZAAR (Future Retail), The Metropolis, 6 Hiland Park, 1925 Chak Garia, Kolkata 700 094 and make the payment in cash.

I, therefore, request you to please take the matter urgently with BIG Bazaar Authorities and credit / refund the amount of Rs. 5,556/- (Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Six Only) against the above mentioned failed transaction
