I paid my idea mobile’s bill from this website on 10-03-2014 around 9:15pm. The website showed the payment failed error, but the amt. of Rs. 663 was debited from my Mahabank Acc. Later I registered ticket(No.511530) Later I received msg of Credit Amt. Rs. 663 New Wallet, Bal.Rs.663 Tranx Ref: 139446612479 But now the amount is still not credited to my service provider that is idea (mob. no. 9763370816) On login it shows Zero(0) balance on this website Their phone support is worst. There line is always busy, cust.care executives disconnect the call if answered.
The debited amount from my bank account should be credited to my service provider i.e. idea cellular (mob. no. 9763370816) or the amount should be credited back to my bank account.
