Big bazaar sent a SMS on my linked mobile and offered 500 bonus payback points on transaction of more than Rs. 1000.00 before 26/10/2014 (During Festivals). I did that on 23/10/2014 and waited till 03/12/2014 for the points but it was not there. Then i logged a complaint on the same day and payback customer care assured me that i will get the resolution within 15 days. I accepted that until i received a SMS from payback about the resolution. Since no information was provided in the SMS, i had to call customer care to know the status of my bonus points but i was shocked to know that payback have rejected my complaint stating i am not the part of promotion campaign. Then after very long conversation with Mr. Abhay Kumar i mailed a screenshot of the SMS i received on 15/10/2014 regardiing the offer. He reverted a mail to me stating somebody would be surely calling by day end on 18/12/2014 but nobody have called me. Then again i called them asking for the resolution. I had a very conversation with Mr. Rajan today i;e 18/12/2014 but nothing happened. He has accepted that mistake was there and i will be geeting the 500 bonus points but i rejected his offer by saying that i have incurred heavy call charges (Even lot that the cost of payback points). Why should i accepted those points? I asked him to give 16000 payback points as compensation for mental torture i have suffered because of their cheat act. I think this is a very justified demand and i will surely seek those 16000 to my payback account.
