Big Bazar – Poor & Unethical Services

Dear Sirs, Ref.: CH:306830 Anup Kumar TILL No. 21 Retail Inv. No. 0008207 Tr: 23963 30/11/14 02:24 I purchased several items including 3 Nylon Serving Spoons (originally priced Rs.115/- each), reduced to Rs.99/- each with further reduction of Rs.50/- on purchases of 3, as informed by salesman as well as written there. My bill amounted to total Rs.2,663/- , which I paid. On frequent checking of the bill (checking at a glance) , I noticed that Rs.50/- were not reduced. I requested the cashier to reduce Rs.50/- in the bill and refund me Rs.50/- or to take back 3 Spoons and refund me Rs.297/-. He asked me to go to Customer Care Counter. Then, the poor & unethical game of the staff of Big Bazaar started torturing me with their attitude and formalities for more than 45 minutes, ultimately to return 3 Spoons and get refund of Rs.297/-. Who is responsible for unnecessary loss of my 45 minutes? The system and attitude of staff attracts damages and is also punishable under the law of torts. Please take suitable remedial and corrective measures, under confirmation to me. I will not dare to visit again the Big BaZarr.
