It was mentioned that the Laptop has 2.3GHZ processor, however they gave me a 1.8GHz processor. Now they have changed the description also on their website and saying me it is 1.8ghz only. I have sent them the saved page also, but they are not giving me the product i purchased and paid money for. It has been 25 days

There is a noise also in the laptop which i reported to them on the next day they gave me the laptop. They are not contacting me at all.

I want the exact configuration i purchased and also some penalty for making me wait for a month after taking my money.
