I have tried to recharge through mobikwik.com website on Thu May 15 11:50:56 IST 2014,the amount has been deducted from my wallet of mobikwik.com but recharge amount was not credited to the recipient mobile number,it seems the recharge was unsuccessful.Please help me to get back the transacted amount of the aforesaid unsuccessful recharge to my wallet as soon as possible. The details of the transaction is mentioned below. a) Transaction ID – 14001347521236 b) Transaction Amount- Rs. 100 c) Registered Email Address- s.kaustav@gmail.com d)Phone Number for which I tried to recharge- 8900086203 For this I have complained to their website two times, one on 15-05-2014 and 19-05-2014 from my account(created earlier for recharging purpose) on their website and they gave two ticket no. as references those are TICKET #698217(dtd. 15-05-2014)and TICKET #717756(dtd. 19-05-2014). But till now no reply has been given to me and also the amount has not been returned back to my mobikwik.com account.More over the contact no. they have given on their site is not working.

I want the amount to be returned back to my mobikwik.com account,so that I can use this for future recharging of mobile.
