my brother-in-law had taken a bima plus policy(POLICY NO.534382358) from lic madhubani branch in bihar in 2004.
he was died in 28 feb.2005 during road accident after approx 2 months medical treatment. my elder sister,his wife(nominee) got the basic claim after longer period of time in 2010. after that she had submitted all the relevent documents for death accidental benifit i.e. DAB at madhubani branch.
The branch manager said we have submitted your documents to zonal office,muzffarpur on 16th october 2011.now what we can do for you. so plz look into my matter asap.
we are not enjoying to make a such complaint becoz my brother-in-law was just 33yrs. old.
