I purchase blackberry phone from big adda website .Model no 9530 rs 6999/-. After 10 days phone came to my city in courier .After 5 days phone is start problem .I call at big adda office but they cn’t give answer to me ..I tried for 15 days ..then my phone dead condition at my home …please give me justice in that case .. purchasr date 18/05/2012 yours faithfully , shailendra rathod 08866482690 i want new phone otherwise big adda repair my phone
