i had participated in an online contest, named ‘great offer’, which was carried on by an online-shopping website, called bigsop.com. they were offering a smart-phone, named samsung galaxy s4 in just rupees 799, whose original cost is rupees 41,500. i had made the payment then only. i paid online from my mother’s savings account (bank of india). this purchase dates back to 21st february, 2014 at 22:03 pm. they promise in their refund & return policy that:- “user of the contest will get 100% cash back as a bigsop points. 1 bigsop point = rs.1 user can buy any products on bigsop.com using bigsop points.” when i am logging into this site from my account, the bigsop points are shown but i am unable to redeem them & cannot proceed for further shopping. i have tried to contact them through the given nos. but nobody has received it yet. i am feeling that i have been fooled.

I want my money back. If not, then I want to redeem those Bigsop Points. Help Me !
